Troubleshoot magic link emails
What to do when your magic link does not arrive or has expired.
Most common fixes
- Wait up to a minute — magic links can take a moment.
- Check the spam, promotions, and updates folders in your email.
- Search your inbox for "Bytesize" to surface anything filtered.
- Make sure you typed the same email you used to sign up.
- Request a new magic link from the login page if the previous one expired.
Still nothing?
Try Continue with Google instead, if you have a Google account on the same email. Otherwise email founders@mylinks.ai with the address you tried and we will look up the delivery status.
