My changes are not showing
When edits in the dashboard are not appearing on your live profile.
Almost every "my changes are missing" report comes down to one of three things below. Try them in order.
Quick fixes
- Confirm you selected Save Changes after editing — unsaved edits only show in the phone preview.
- Hard refresh your live profile tab. On most browsers, hold Shift while clicking refresh.
- Open your live profile in an incognito window to bypass cached versions.
Still not showing?
Confirm you are looking at the correct bytesize.me/yourhandle URL. If your handle was recently changed, your old URL no longer renders your page.
