Manage your subscription
Start Creator Pro, update billing details, or cancel from the billing portal.
Creator Pro is billed through Stripe, and you manage everything about it from your Bytesize settings. From there you can start the plan, update your card, download invoices, or cancel. This article covers where to find those controls and what to expect.
Start Creator Pro
- Select your avatar in the top right of the dashboard and choose Settings.
- Find the Creator Pro card in Settings.
- Select Start 14 day trial to begin. First-time subscribers get a 14-day trial before the first charge.
- Complete checkout in Stripe. Your page upgrades to Creator Pro as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, which usually takes a few seconds.
Change or cancel your plan
- Open your avatar menu and choose Settings.
- On the Creator Pro card, select Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
- Use the portal to update your card, edit your billing address, download invoices, or cancel.
What happens when you cancel
Cancelling stops the next charge but does not end Creator Pro immediately. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for, and after that your page continues on the free plan. You keep your handle and all of your content. Only the Pro-only features, such as the Appearance and Analytics tabs, become unavailable, and the Powered by Bytesize badge returns to your public page. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can restart Pro from the same Creator Pro card.
The 14-day trial applies to first-time subscribers only. If you have subscribed before, the Creator Pro card shows Resume Creator Pro instead and billing starts at checkout.
Troubleshooting
- A charge looks wrong
- Open the billing portal from Manage Subscription and find the invoice in your billing history. Then email founders@mylinks.ai with the invoice number and we will take a look.
